I'm grateful to have taken our Kia Sorento to this Cottman Transmission. Rob worked hard to find a used rear differential. When we picked up our vehicle I noticed that there was still a grinding noise when I coasted. I told Rob and he asked me to let him know if nothing changed in 2-3 days. Well, it didn't change and both Rob and Anthony worked hard to get a replacement through the warranty and correct the problem with no extra changes. Now are car drives quieter than ever! Yes, humans and car parts can make mistakes, but I have to say that I'm impressed with the intergrity that this business does its work! I would highly recommend them to anyone and know that they will be people of their word and make sure that each problem is addressed and that promises are kept. Thank you guys for proving that high quality work with integrity can still be done these days!

100 outta 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️‼️Cottmans worked on my 09 avalanche and they did exceedingly well with communication on the process. Im not to trusting when it comes to my avalanche so I’m 105% sure I was a tad overbearing calling them so much lol but they were all so kind and calm which made me feel confident and happy to have my avalanche there being repaired. Final Result after repairs is more than excellent, they fixed my avalanche up and it works so good as if the problem never happened. I’d give them a million stars if that option was available on the google review.

Cottman made a not so fun experience of a transmission rebuild a little better. They were very timely and clearly communicated with me. They wanted to be sure I understood what happened and how to fix it. If you are reading this review, it’s probably because you are having an expensive day and need a transmission specialist. That sucks, but these folks will help you out! Thanks for taking care of Lizzo!

They were very informative on the whole repair process from the start. Everything was explained and the work was completed in a very satisfactory time frame considering the shop was completely full. A follow up appointment was made by them to confirm everything was good after the repair and they found a minor issue and repaired it. I have 100% confidence in this shop for my transmission needs. The car drives and shifts better than it ever has in the 20+ years I've owned it. Thank you

I would like to say how extremely pleased I was with the service I was provided. To begin, the customer service is excellent. They were very helpful from the very first phone call I made. I was quoted quickly and my car was back on the road within a week. I was going to give my car up, but this company gave me hope! And they followed through with no problem! 10/10 recommend!
